When fully lowered, the fabric does not allow light to pass through and prevents silhouettes from being seen from either direction. Although the visible colour is light, the blackout construction creates a controlled setting for sleep, rest, screen use and privacy. The closely woven layer in front of the glass can also help moderate some of the effect of solar warmth and cold window surfaces.

MEASURING AND INSTALLATION
Choose the fitting position before measuring. The fabric itself is 100% light-blocking, but an open roller can allow light through the side gaps. For a darker room result, allow sufficient overlap and consider a fully enclosed cassette or suitable side channels.

CARE
Dust with a dry, soft cloth. When needed, wipe gently with a lightly damp, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid stiff brushes, harsh chemicals and excess water.
